Bright cherry in colour, this medium-bodied wine shows vibrant freshness, reflecting the cool 2025 vintage and excellent phenolic ripeness achieved.

Fermented on skins for 10 days before gentle pressing, the wine was handled with a light touch to preserve tannin finesse.

Maturation took place over 8 months in neutral 225L barrels, allowing the fruit to remain the focal point, with full malolactic fermentation.

The nose is perfumed with florals, red cherries, dried herbs and a hint of amaretto. Plush, supple tannins frame a palate of dense red fruit, lifted by bright acidity. Juicy cherry notes carry through the mid-palate, finishing with an elegant savoury edge.
